Information for Parents / Visitors

a. All admissions are subject to qualifying written test/interview.
b. Tuition fee & transport charges are to be paid online by Kuick Pay Application by the 15th of each month.
c. A fine of Rs. 100/- is levied from 16th to 25th and a fine of Rs.300/ will be charged after 25th with the fee challan for the next month.
d. In case of two consecutive months of non-payment of the fees, the name of your ward will be struck off from the school roll.
e. Suggestions/proposals, observations, complaints and queries may be referred to the Principal through a Suggestion Box kept at the reception.
f. Visiting hours with the Principal are 09:00 to 11:00 hours on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Prior appointment may be sought for any other day.
g. Absence beyond two weeks without information/cogent reason will result in expulsion of the student from the school.
h. Students having less than 75% attendance during the academic year will not be allowed to appear in the final examination.
i. Students without proper uniform, haircut or not in possession of books will not be allowed to attend the classes.
j. Late comers will be charged a fine of Rs.50/ per day.
k. A fine of Rs.500/- per day will be charged for being absent without prior information.

Rules of Conduct

All students must observe the school / college rules in letter and spirit within the school premises as well as during official visits to other institutions or other places. Violation of rules makes students liable to corrective action.

a. They shall be neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform and conduct themselves gracefully. They shall be courteous towards teachers, staff, fellow students and visitors.
b. Boys shall have a neat gentlemanly haircut. Girls are not to put on jewellery/ornaments/make-up. They must wear head-scarf in and out of the classroom.
c. They shall be regular and punctual in attending all periods, organized activities and morning assembly.
d. After arrival at the school/college no pupil is allowed to leave without permission.
h. It is mandatory for all students to attend at least 75% of periods in each subject.
j. Possession & use of cigarettes / paan / niswar and other such items are strictly prohibited.
k. Students are not allowed to bring expensive items like cameras, mobile telephones, etc as these will be confiscated and returned personally to parents after a Rs. 500/- fine.
m. They shall protect school/college property. Deliberate damage/defacing will be treated as an offence.

BOYS-School (Class I-X/O Level)

White half sleeves shirt with school monogram on pocket (Summer).
Grey Trousers (students up to Class-I may wear shorts).
Black Socks & Plain Black shoes with laces.
Grey V-necked pullovers with full sleeves shirt (Winters).
Black leather belt.
Neck Tie with Maroon and Grey stripes (I-X).
Neck tie with Golden and Blue stripes (O Level).

BOYS-College (Class XI & XII)

White half sleeves shirt with school monogram on pocket.
Navy blue Trousers.
Black Socks & Plain Black shoes with laces.
Blue V-necked pullovers with full sleeves shirt (Winters).
Neck Tie with Navy Blue and Golden stripes.
Black leather belt.

GIRLS-School (Class 1-X)

Gray full sleeves Kameez with collar and school monogram on pocket.
White Shalwar.
White Dupatta with grey border.
White head scarf (Compulsory from class VI to X).
White socks & Black leather shoes.
Grey cardigan for winters.

GIRLS-College (Class XI & XII)

White full sleeves Kameez with Blue cuffs and collar, and school monogram.
White Shalwar.
White Dupatta with Blue Border.
Compulsory white head scarf.
White socks & Black leather shoes.
Blue cardigan for winters.
