Requirements:

• School leaving Certificate from the previous School attended.
• Birth Certificate and Form-B (**NADRA Only**)
• CNIC of Father / Mother (**Both**)
• Medical Fitness Certificate (**In Original**)
• Passport size Photographs with **Blue Background**
• HOPE Certificate (XI Only) From Previous Institution
• Returning Students: Your status will be automatically verified via CNIC/B-Form matches with our records. Please ensure you use the same B-Form/CNIC as your previous admission.

I solemnly declare that: I have COMPUTER and PRINTER with INTERNET facility at my residence for academic use. Non-payment of dues of two months will result in cancellation of admission without notice. Any willful damage to the School Property will result in CANCELLATION of the admission without notice. The decision of the Academic Council is final and will not be challenged in any Court of Law. I agree to abide by the rules/regulations of the Institution.
